I had a 130pm appt for my Yorkie with the groomer Keri (with 20 years of experience).she never showed up I waited for an hour and still she was not there. The staff was not helpful at all. Just telling me to wait and that she went to lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Cons: EVEN IF YOU MAKE AN APPT. THEY ARE NOT ON TIME AFTER AN HOUR
