After trying many tapas-like restaurants in Philly, Amada gets it right. The sangria is outstanding and I have yet to try something on the menu that I did not like. As far as a date spot, it is number one in my book for being something new and exciting to try in the area. On a Friday and Saturday it can get extremely crowded and noisy with the live music, so I'd recommend Amada as a bar for those nights and a romantic dinner out during the week. For those not familiar with true tapas, the wait staff do an excellent job explaining and recommending. If only the tapas were free with your drinks like in Spain.
