this is not a spa for relaxation. I felt like I was getting a facial in an airport it was that noisy. Staff was friendly but loud. It is more of a "salon" than a spa. I am used to a bit more professionalism. Facial was very mechanical and felt like the esthetician had little experience. She meant well, but was lacking something in her facial. I can think of better places for facials, so i won't be going back.
