This salon is a complete facade. There is no level of customer service in the front desk staff or "owner". I had friends warn me, but I wanted to give it a try. I went with the intentions of checking out a salon for my wedding party & am certainly glad I did so BEFORE commiting. As if booking the appointment wasn't headache enough, my spa treatments were average (spa service was nice) - the salon however is a different story. . . I was sent over to the salon for my cut about 15 minutes early (from the spa) and I still had to wait over 45 minutes. After being brought back for my cut (which was booked with the wrong stylist!!!), I sat in the chair for atleast 10 minutes before the service began. The stylist didn't listen to a word I said - he took too much length off & the style was horrible to boot. I tried to bring this to the attention of the owner but she went to the 'office' and never came back. I have spent much less & recieved a better cut and service at other salons. I would not recommend coming here for any services. After speaking to co-workers & friends who have been patrons, they all agree: go elsewhere!
