My first time to Shreveport and was disappointed with the service of the front desk staff (including the manager). They would not let me check out an hour later and spoke to me with an attitude. They wanted me to pay for a whole night just because I wanted to check out an hour later.
To top it off they have a spa salon which apparenty is there for decor because I tried to make an appointment at noon and all their staff had left early (on a weekday), but they were open until 6pm! For what?!!
