Don't believe Best Buy when you purchase at home repair from Geek Squad. They require that you pay for the service when you place the order at the store. The rep. does not call you within 24-48 hours as I was told and when I called them after not hearing anything about scheduling my in-home appt.(5 days later.....) I was shuffled between the 800# and the store (If you could get the store to answer the phone - I finally did after the 5th call.....) I finally asked to speak to a manager at both the call center and at the store and none were available and no one has called me back.....No response to my email asking for assistance as of yet either. :( Some of the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with!!!!!
