I called up Firestone on a Saturday to see if they would be able to change the brakes on my vehicle, and gave them the year, make, and model. They hastily responded with a yes, so I dropped off my vehicle at their shop. Long story short, it turned out they didn't have the parts necessary to change my brakes, and I ended up leaving with a $16.99 (brake inspection) charge, just so they could tell me that I needed to get my brakes replaced!
