I performed my 60k maintenance for my Honda Passport at this Firestone. About a month later, I encountered transmission problems, and took the vehicle to a Honda dealership. Something either wasn't on correctly or was worn out, and caused most of the transmission fluid to drain out of my transmission. I ended up getting it fixed at the Honda dealership.
I'm not saying I'll never go back to that Firestone, but after that experience, I'm probably going to avoid going back there if I can.
