(Full Review) Although I had never been to their shop before, I had heard good things about them from neighbors and other online reviews. Decided to give them a try on a 90K mile maintenance, including a timing belt replacement. The car ran OK before they got their hands on it; a few hours later, it ran SO much better it was hard to believe that it was the same car. Immediately left on a road trip (2,500+ miles) and it performed perfectly. Mileage was about 20% better, too.
They did not try to talk me in to any questionable extra procedures. Everything that they recommended was explained in understandable language, along with a justification. I was told that some work could be deferred to a future time, and I was not pressured to "do it now" instead.
