I tried JiRaffe a couple weeks ago for an anniversary dinner, and was very impressed. Althought the downstairs room (where we sat) is a bit cramped, the attentive service and delicious food more than makes up for it. I wasn't expecting an amuse bouche to start off the meal (typically reserved for the really ritzy places), and our entrees were perfect. We ordered a lemon souffle to go, because we couldn't eat any more!, and we paid the check and went outside. A few seconds later the maitre d' rushed outside with our souffle, because we had forgotten to wait for it! Now that's service!
