I go to Tayst as often as I can. The delicious food is unique in its flavor combinations, ingredients and presentation -- no local restaurant comes close to chef Jeremy's creativity. I used to consider myself a picky eater. Now, I just put myself in his hands and enjoy something unexpected. Regarding the portion sizes ... you can eat as much or as little as you like. I, for one, hate the trend of giant portions with poor ingredients. Same goes for the prices -- you can spend $20 and have a great drink/appetizer, or you can spend $100 and have multiple dishes and excellent wine. As for the service, it didn't take long for Dan and staff to greet me by name as I came in and to learn my favorite drink. This is a comfortable, classy, tasty ""Tayst"" -- check it out and tell your friends.
