From the time you walk in over the reflecting pond with the L.E.D. light sculpture, everthing reminds you how cutting edge this guy is and how he made his reputation being a stickler for details. The design is like no where else in Dallas. Trendy but comfortable and timeless, more was probably spent on lighting than most restaurants spend on the entire project. Then there's the state-of-the-art kitchen visible from every seat in the dining room. The food is typical Pyles...robust, perfectly prepared and incredibly attractive...every bite is a full-flavored, gastronomic delight. This is the restaurant to beat in the next five years.
