I had one of their repair people out this morning. Although he was fifteen minutes late for the appointment, he did call and let me know he was finishing his stop before mine, and on his way - appreciated the call. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly, professional in appearance, and best of all, was able to complete all reapirs in my home. These were bedroom window blinds, so this was also most appreciated. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend their services.
