Pizza being one of my favorite foods, I immediately went to Fuel when I moved to Charlotte. I ordered a 2 topping pizza and sat down to wait. The food took unusually long to arrive, and when it did it was the completely wrong order- a size larger than I had asked for and missing one of the 2 toppings. When I informed our server that the pizza was not only a size too big, but missing a topping she replied, matter-of-factly ""Oh we're out of that topping. didn't they tell you?"" Then she walked away. No they hadn't told me, and the fact that they never attempted the fix the problem left a horrible impression. The food is decent at best, and the horrible service I received has left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend trying another pizza joint any time.
