Very very poor communication regarding contac lens order. I was told my order would take 3-4 days and it took exactly 9 weeks. Owner was extremely rude and arrogant, would not return my phone calls, did not keep me informed as to status of order except ""no they aren't in yet""..when I complained that I had worn my old lens for 56 days his reply was ""well I guess you will wear them for 59 days."" When we complained that he was arrogant (the owner) said ""If you don't like my attitude then stop calling.""
