Typhoon's sushi and Koshima's Sushi (Japan) has very similar characteristics. So I approached the sushi Chef, and found out that he was brought up and trained in Japan for 24 years. He has been working in Japan ever since he graduated as a Certified Sushi Chef (who are one the very respected people in Japan).
In my opinion, Typhoon has a very unique menu and a quality line of staff. Not mentioning that the owner is an M.I.T graduated architect with a M.A.R.C.H. degree (master).
