I came to Mind Matters hoping that hypnosis would provide insights into why I was feeling depressed. Hypnosis was recommended and after reading a review on citysearch I found Mind Matters. After the first session I discovered a peace within myself that felt truly new. It was with enthusiasm that I returned for 6 sessions during which I had learned some easy to use stress reduction techniques which I use regularly. Perhaps the most significant thing I learned was meditation and how easy it is for me to integrate it into my life. With the reinforcement of hypnosis and my ongoing use of the techniques I learned from Lisa I can say with enthusiasm that there is more joy in my life than there has been in a long time. I have sent a few friends and acquaintances to Mind Matters and they all have reported a very positive experience.
