After entering the famed China Grill, I was astonished beyond the capacity of rational thought for the deliberate display of amazing Pan-Asian artistry. My favorite location in the restaurant, dubbed ""The Dragon, was an experience in itself with an array of amazing people on hand. The food looked so spectacular, that I was intimidated to try it. Honestly, the food looked better than most of the female models by the bar that night. Because it was difficult for me to disrupt such a beautiful presentation of nutritional artistry, the ecstasy I knew Id receive by digging into it would be worth the experience. I had to reach for my camera and take a photograph of my meal so I would remember every detail. The Peking duck was so succulent, that my taste buds still quiver at the thought of it. Leave your inhibitions at the door and enjoy. -L.A.
