I have tired a number of yoga studios in the Boston area and Inner Strength is by far the best. Roman, the owner, is an incredible instructor. His flow is seamless as he transitions from one posture to another. He passes a test I have for instructors which is you should be able to move into a position by instruction only. If you listen to him you always know where your body is suppose to be. It's great for beginnings and advanced practioners. I haven't tried many of the other instructors so I can't say much about them.
If you want a Flow Yoga experience you really should try one of his classes.
