As a yoga slut (no lasting preference for any one studio) I never thought I'd settle down. I was looking for a perfect balance of spirituality, athleticisism, and community. At Inner Strength Roman has created a beautiful space (bamboo floors, natural light, great sound system, etc.) for power yoga classes. Rooms are heated, you do a lot of poses, and you sweat a lot. Classes are intense, but they ALWAYS leaves enough time for breathing or meditation at the beginning and end.
I've been happily practicing at Inner Strength for about 2 years--longer than I've stayed faithful to any studio. What's kept me coming back is Roman's sincere effort to create an energized environment that continues to evolve to serve the community.
