This store has a strict bathroom policy - no one other than employees is to use it. This includes my three year old daughter they let wet her pants. Does Hallmark make a ""Congratulations on your first public humiliation card""? I am very disappointed in Kathy's. I spend hundreds of dollars there each year and my repayment for it is, ""Sorry, you can go to Grande's next door."" At 10:30 in the morning a resturant is not open and Eckerds was a little too far for my daughter with a tiny bladder. Shame on you and your snooty policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
