My best friend brought me to Creative Fire for the first time in November of last year, and I am a true convert. My 7 yo son adores the place, and they are wonderful with him. Kids are allowed to make their own creations, and the only real correctionis when somthing in their design won't fire well. My son hasn't participated in a formal class with them yet, but that will probably be his birthday gift this year. The owners are so supportive, and have great tips on when and how to use tools, what glazes are appropriate, and what will and won't work out in the kiln.
I have never heard them be rude or unkind to anyone. One family that is in regularly has three extremely small children, and Suzy and Becca are both wonderfully patient with them. I would reccomend this place to everyone interested in pottery!
Pros: Fantastic staff, studio time, free parking
Cons: there are cons?
