I like personality on the other end of the line. This answering service does not deliver neither personality or even the sense that you are talking to a human being. I felt like I was taken back to the Victorian age where being prim and proper meant more than having pizzaz. Sure, the operators there do speak well, definitely a bonus, but does having good verbal skills require leaving your personality behind?
