When I called Dial-A-Maid, I was so impressed that they could schedule me the next day. During the cleaning session, the workers dropped and shattered a refrigerator shelf. I was charged for the time the workers spent cleaning up the mess they'd created and talking with their boss on the phone. 2.5 hours and $260 later, only my small kitchen and bathroom were partially cleaned.
I called to discuss this politely with the owner. She insisted that I was lying about how long her workers had been at my house and that I wasn't charged for the time they cleaned up the broken glass or the time they spent outside smoking. She did nothing to replace the misfitting fridge shelf I recieved as a replacement. I support local businesses, but I would never recommed Dial-A-Maid.
Cons: overpriced, no customer service, RUDE!RUDE!RUDE!
