They do have a some what average store but there customer service is very poor. I have been buying my products at this store for the past 3 years (BIG MISTAKE) My last purchase was an LCD that has very poor black color quality. I also made a mistake of sending off a rebate for this product. 5 days later I went back to the store to make an exchange for a CRT base TV. I was honest enough to let them know I had sent the rebate off and that they could cancel it so I could make the exchange. The said no that they couldn't do it so know I'm stuck with a product that I'm not happy with. Shop at Circuit city or best buy, they have levels better customer service than these clowns do. You'll regret it if you don't.
