The other day, I called for a cab from Reliable Cab. After waiting 30 mins, I called them back and was told that the driver was on the way. after waiting another 25 minutes, I called back and was rudely yelled at by the dispatcher. I told her that an error could have occured when I told them where to pick me up, but aftre the driver PROVED that he didn't go to the right place, she cursed me out and hung up! My friend also called back, but as soon as he told her the same location, she hung up on him! She had no reason to yell and curse at me and disrespect my friend the way she did.
Pros: Actual Driver is nice
Cons: Rude Dispatcher, Disrespectful to cust, NOT Reliable
