The food is hardly authentic Chinese but then again, it doesn't pretend to be. Those familiar with real Asian food will find the food over spiced, too sweet, too salty, and drenched with too much hoisin sauce. The tastes will stay with you all night. The wait is long and usually longer than the hostess will tell you. We've complained to the manager without avail. We did get a response from their corporate office after complaining vigorously about the poor service via email. Now that there are more new restaurants across the street at Lincoln Center the management might have an incentive to improve food and service. We stopped going there after several bad experiences.
