I bought a 2000 A4 new from Leith. The buying experience was pleasant...relatively speaking...I even scored a stainless coffee mug just for asking....though not extraordinary. Where this dealership really shines is in the service. They have a very cordial, helpful staff, and a waiting area that makes me not mind if the service is going to take an extra hour.
