I have had facials here before that were decent, but today's was the worst I have received anywhere. Not a major thing, but I was surprised from the start when the receptionist did not offer me water or tea but did to the woman entering after me. More importantly however, the woman giving me my facial performed the treatments hurriedly, and at the worst, left me in the room for a 10 minute ""bathroom break"" only to come back reeking of cigarette smoke which I could smell on her hands as she finished applying products to my face. Will not be returning here for service, even though not all past facials here were bad, too inconsistent for my taste. The only positive was my appt began on time, though ended early.
