I've patroned Rascals several times. The food is great...chinesechickensalad is one of the best I've had, and the teriakichicken's awesome. However, i have one qualm: Customer service is definitely lacking. I've never gotten a smile or even polite service. Everytime I've gone there, (i've given enough tries to determine this), I can see them(coworkers) laughing and talking to each other, but they are decidedly curt and borderline rude to customers. Perhaps I shouldn't generalize, but this has been my experience. I say I won't go back b/c of this reason alone, but I do b/c of the food, forgetting this aspect, and bam! I'm hit with bad service yet again. so far, it hasn't failed to happen. This evening, i was miffed enough to write this review! Has anyone else had this experience? I'm disappointed at the quality of service at an establishment that makes such good food.
