the owners and managers of this place obviously need to brush up on their customer service skills. after being constantly avoided on the phones, required to make appointments three weeks in advance (when really you can just walk in) and jerked around about their exchange policy (they don't even give store credit) i would very happily walk around bridal shows with a 'don't shop at sandra's' sandwich board--ringing a bell. save your time and money. go ANYWHERE else.
Cons: snooty saleswomen, do not answer ?s, horrible cust. ser.
