I was in Houston to celebrate my son's 29th brthday and was looking for an elegant setting with unusual offerings. The food was excelllently prepared and the service was impeccable. The remoulade sauce served with the fried oysters was wonderful with the unexpected addition of capers. The poached lobster and avocado salad was imaginative and very tasty. And the grilled buffalo ribeye was tender, excellently prepared and accompanied by a marvelous cascabel sauce. The Duo of Lamb also was perfectly prepared and wonderful. We would heartily recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.
