I had an appointment for shredding set up w/Shredit. They promised to meet me @ my storage unit @ 8AM sharp. They left me waiting there all day & never showed. I called another "PRO"-fessional company & they came out within the hour to help. It's been two weeks & I haven't heard one word from Shredit. I've tried to call them numerous times to find out what happened. I just get that annoying Voice Mail. I wanted to set up ongoing service with them as well, but decided to use a company that is here to help its clients, not leave them hanging. Irronically, the other, local company was less expensive. Do yourself a big favor - Look elsewhere for shredding.
