I went to the club expecting an adverage spinning class, boy was I wrong. I attended the 10.00am Sunday morning spinning class. I have been spinning fpr over 6 years. This instructors music, energy and intense work out brought my spinning experince to a whole new level. What a great, friendly private club. Highly recommend. They also offer Bootcamp and private training. High end feeling to the whole place.
