I went into the salon about a year ago, only to experience the worst hair nightmare of my life. I asked the blonde-haired old woman for highlights. To make a long story short, she had no idea what she was doing, fried my hair so bad that I had to chop off all of it. On top of that, it was bright orange because she messed up the timing of the blonde. After telling people about this salon and my experience, I have heard similar stories of awful hair disasters. BEWARE!
