A group of us went there for dinner. We were excited because the place seemed to be interesting. The food was not very impressive. The chicken was too dry. The chef made a mistake on putting the steak on the plate. We told the manager, but he only said ok and left without apologizing. We asked him to come back and he thought we swapped the steak ourselves. At the end of the day, he said sorry without meaning it. It became a very unpleasant experience. If he would have been more sincere and apologize, we would have been fine. It the manager does not care about customer service, why should the customers go back?
