Ok, I'm from the Philly area, so I have my biases where subs are concerned. However, Jersey Mike's is by far the best sub in the UT area. Maybe in all of Knoxville (certianly since Little Italian went out of business) Firehouse, Jimmy John's, Vick & Bill's, Sam & Andy's, any of those places that STEAM THE SANDICHES!!! Ugh.... I don't understand how they stay in business. Jersey Mike's has good rolls, the right selection of sandwiches and toppings, and the right atmosphere for a sub place. They even have parking!
