We used to do all our banking at this bank. Now only the kids have savings accounts left here. We found a better bank for both our checking accounts (fees) and lower rates on our mortgage. So we decided to switch despite this bank having a location quite close to where we live. We haven't regretted switching banks so I personally wouldn't recommend this bank.
