Our insurance agent retired recently, and I was pleasantly surprised when we received advance notice of his retirement, rather than just finding out about it when we next made a payment. A few days later we received another notice. This time it was from our NEW agent. The news got even better when I found out that the new agent's office is located very near our home, so now it is even more convenient when we want to drop off payments instead of mailing them. State Farm has provided us with excellent service over the years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good insurance agency.
