A couple of months ago my dry stopped working and I had no idea what to do. I looked up the information best that I could online to try and get a replacement part that was supposibly the part needed. I was going to order from a "major" appliance center, but they didn't have the item in stock and it would of been a couple of days to have it shipped to my home. I was 9 months pregnant, had clothes waiting to be dried and didn't dare try to laod it all to go to a laundry mat. So I searched the yellow pages and called this business since I had seen when passing by. I inquired about it and took a trip to the store. When I got there, they helped with the part that I thought I needed. Come to find out it was the wrong one! I got all the way home and found this out after trying to get the dry to work after putting it on. So I call them back and ask if it might be something else.
