We recently took two coats in to have cleaned and one leather coat to have cleaned and the zipper replaced. They said they would call when the items were ready and they didnt. After a month we called them only to find out that two of the three were done correctly but the leather coat had nothing done to it. They didnt clean it and didnt replace the zipper so we had them send it back out to do these things. It finally came in and ended up costing us $130. I wont be using their service again.
