It's great that you can go any time of the day because they're open 24 hours, but everytime I'm here it is SO crowded. I can never get on the machines I want because you have to stand and wait around. They offer a huge variety of classes and the instructors are awesome. But, again you have to get there early because the classes fill up so quick- and the only spots left are the ones with the huge open window in which everyone in the gym can see you.
