I had a recent experience with a recall on my Ford. The service technician was rude and attempted to charge me for the service because I did not immediatly have the repair fixed. however, after meeting with the owner they agreed to do it Free of charge. I can't say the experience would of been so pleasing if I did not have assistance from family members who bought a vehicle there. But overall my experience was good and I would return because they showed good faith in the end.
