I called Dan Ruitta Contracting to come out to see about fixing a leak in my roof near the chimney. The girl who answered the phone told me that Dan does not do repairs, but entire roofs. Ok. I move on. I get a call a few days later, confirming that someone will be coming out the next day to look at my roof. They gave all the details of the repair I needed. I told them what the girl had said. They pretty much made it sound like I was mistaken. Well, I had another company fix my roof. I would give it 2 stars, but perhaps that employee no longer works there and they have their act together now (this was last year).
