We have been renting from this company about 2 years. Have been pretty good. However, earlier in the year they "lost" 3 months worth of payemnts and didn't even bother to let us know, except for coming over with an eviction notice. I was scared and furious. We had to get copies of checks. The company "suddenly" found 2 of the payments but couldn't find the 3rd. The reason I am giving them 3 starts instead of 2 is because they are working with us in paying the last payment back at a small payment each month since I was laid off and we oculdn't hardly afford our regular months rent. Other then that they are good. Prompt with repairs...
