I went to buy a truck from this dealer. I researched and had a price in mind. I gave them all the info and stlll had to play the let me talk to the mgr game. After agreeing to the deal I said I had to go back to work and will come back at 5pm to finish the deal. When I got there at 5pm the sales guy had done nothing. I had to wait about 2 hrs for him to get the truck ready and fill out papers.
A month later I called saying i was missing the trailer hitch ball. He said it was too bad and I could buy another one. would not offer anything. Very rude people.
