This Sprint Store is like all the others I've been to in Las Vegas - you walk in and have to put your name on a waiting list, regardless of why you are there. I went in to purchase a new holster for my phone - I didn't need to speak with anyone, just pull it off the rack on the wall and pay for my purchase - yet I was forced to wait for 35 minutes so someone could ring me up. I've been into the W Sahara and N Rainbow stores several times each, and had pretty much the same experience. However, when I finally WAS able to speak with someone, the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. It is extremely frustrating to have to stand around and wait for that long - there is little or no seating - and even the nicest, most understanding consumer would have a hard time keeping their patience the whole time. If at all possible, make your Sprint accessory purchases at another retailer! PROS: Friendly Staff CONS: Waiting list, no seating more
