Carr's Boots and Western Wear has been in Santa Maria since I was born (25 years ago) and long before that. They have an awesome selection of boots and they also have a lot of workwear, western jewelry, jeans and western dress wear. It is owned by a local family and the people usually know you and treat you in a very friendly manner. They will really take time out of their day to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Their prices are on par with large chainstores and they offer several very good sales per year - and especially around rodeo time.
