One woman wrote a review complaining about having her facial done at the bar, on a stool, in front of other clients. NEWSFLASH: ""Quickie"" services are all performed at the bar. If you wanted to lie down and be hidden from other clients, you should have booked one of the ""Splurge"" facials where they take you upstairs to the much more relaxed second floor. In other words, don't complain when you were given what you asked for. Personally, I recommend Sherri for spa services. She's great for facials, waxing and eyebrow shaping. As for manicures and pedicures, you can get better value down the street at 336 Newbury St (closer to Hynes Convention Ctr/ Mass Ave T stop). It's a newly opened nail salon so they're paying attention to performance.
