One knows when a restaurant is not that good when it is empty. It sure was empty maybe two tables at the most. The food was just OK. I think the south-west cooking is just too much and the sauces taste too much like powder demi and not a good sauce from veal stock. I think if one is to pay those prices the item needs to be cooked with firts class ingredients. The soups also had the characteristic taste of chicken base and not stock.
To the Chef whom ever it may be try a bit harder to hide those handycaps. I will never eat in the same hotel that I stay... Thanx for the lesson
